Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in every pair you buy from Thrift Drip. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

7-Day Return Window — You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Conditions — Because we sell authenticated pre-owned sneakers, returns are accepted when:

  • The item is in the same condition you received it.
  • It has not been worn outdoors or damaged after delivery.
  • Any included extras (original laces, box) are returned with the pair.

We inspect every return against the original listing photos and condition grade.

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 9203040 or email Thriftdripmedia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. Tell us whether you'd like a refund or exchange, and why.
  3. We'll share return instructions and a pickup/drop-off option.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the pair, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — Refunds on COD orders are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa once your return is approved. We'll confirm your preferred method when you start the return.

Non-returnable — Items marked "Final Sale", and items damaged through normal wear after delivery, cannot be returned.
