Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. We want you to be confident in every pair you cop from us.

Because we sell authenticated pre-owned sneakers, returns are accepted when:

• The item is in the same condition you received it.
• It has not been worn outdoors or damaged after delivery.
• Any included extras (laces, tags) are returned with the pair.

We inspect every return against the original listing photos and condition grade.

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Tell us whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, and why.
3. We'll share return instructions and a pickup/drop-off option.
4. Once we receive and inspect the pair, your refund or exchange is processed.

Paid by Cash on Delivery? No problem. Refunds on COD orders are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa once your return is approved. We'll confirm your preferred method when you start the return.
